Thank you for your interest in participating in Greater Napanee Connect's Block Party!

This event is the launch of our new Block Party Lending Program, an initiative designed to help residents build stronger neighbourhoods through connection, celebration, and civic pride. We are transforming Market Square into a community party with DJ Digital Mike, dancing, family activities, vendors, and a community BBQ in support of the Rotary Club.

We are seeking up to 10 vendors and community participants who help create a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Each vendor spot is $50 payable upon approval. Priority will be given to:

• Food and beverage vendors (while recognizing there will be a charity BBQ on site)
• Local artisans, makers, and craft vendors
• Local businesses showcasing products or services
• Community groups, non-profits, and service clubs

Vendor Details

Please note that this is an outdoor event.

• Vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'
• Limited spaces are available
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, weights, and display materials
• Power is not guaranteed and should not be assumed to be available
• Set-up instructions and arrival times will be provided to approved vendors
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space throughout the event

Food Vendors

Food and beverage vendors are responsible for receiving approval from SouthEast Public Health.

Insurance

All vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. Greater Napanee Connect reserves the right to request proof of insurance from vendors where appropriate, particularly food vendors and vendors offering activities involving public participation.

Community Commitment

Greater Napanee Connect exists to bring residents, businesses, organizations, and visitors together while fostering civic pride and community connection. Our events are intended to be welcoming, respectful, and inclusive spaces for all.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any vendor whose products, services, conduct, or messaging are inconsistent with the family-friendly and community-focused nature of the event.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Due to limited space, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
