Pulling Together: For Your Cause!

This community fundraising event brings together local businesses, organizations, service clubs, sports teams, and groups of friends for a fun, high-energy challenge with real local impact.

Teams of up to 12 participants will take on the challenge of pulling a fire truck — all while raising funds and awareness for a cause they care about.

How it Works

Every team chooses a cause to support. Each participant pays a $25 registration fee. 50% of registration fees support Greater Napanee Connect and help make this event, and community events like this possible. The remaining 50% is added to a Best Team Bonus Pool.

Teams are encouraged to fundraise beyond registration — and every dollar raised by teams goes directly to their chosen cause.

The Competition

Teams will compete for recognition in three categories: Fastest Pull, Most Money Raised and Best Team Spirit. At the end of the event, one team will be named the overall Best Team. That team will receive the Best Team Bonus Pool towards to the cause they chose to support.

More Than a Competition

The Fire Truck Pull is about more than strength. It is about teamwork, creativity, community pride, and rallying around something meaningful.

Whether your team is pulling for a local charity, school initiative, sports program, community project, or another cause close to your heart, this event is a chance to have fun while making a difference.

You do not need to be an athlete to participate. Enthusiasm, teamwork, and creativity all count. Costumes, themed teams, fundraising efforts, and cheering sections are all part of what makes the event special.
